Hey everyone,
I did this look today using my ICING eyeshadows (they don't have a name) but the pic of them are in a ICING Haul below. I actually like the colors because they are pigmented and are workable with some fix+ spray or water and a decent base/primer. Anyways, I created this look for tonight and It hasn't worn off or smeared. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask or if you want to comment please do so at the bottom. Thanks Everyone!!
